  1. Categories:  edit the categories for this Phonebook document (categories appear in the Categories popup menu at the bottom of the Phonebook window).

  3. You must first select Find before using Find Again.

  5. Find Again:  search for the next record identified by Find.
  6.  
  7. Find:  search for a record.
  8.  
  9. Delete Record:  deletes the currently selected record.
  10.  
  11. Edit Record:  edits the currently selected record.
  12.  
  13. New Record:  adds a new record to the active Phonebook document.
  14.  
  15. Paste:  inserts the contents of the clipboard.
  16.  
  17. Copy:  copies the current selection to the clipboard.
  18.  
  19. Cut:  removes the current selection and copies it to the clipboard.
  20.  
  21. Undo:  undoes the last operation.

  23. Edit menu:  commands for editing and copying records.
